Artist Management Promotions AKA, AMP a Public Relations Service and connecting point. Under AMP's supervision is Fred M Davis (EEG & HF ), Robin C. Smith (pending) , Jack Oltman (oltmangems.com) , along with other promotional writers, press agents and a vast contact base in Hollywood, Stock promotions, business branding and contacts in areas all around the world.

Collectively our group has worked with hundreds of publications and has been involved with PR work in Colorado, Florida , NY and Hollywood with entertainment, travel and cruise magazines, columns, music magazines, Fashion and other publication. This service provides avid press for the client, be it a solo artist, bands, actors, new Fashions, book writers, film makers, the arts, products, clothing lines ands has marketed celebrities, rising stars, unique hotels, and is pending contracts with large resort, casinos and more. AMP is even helping non profits groups get exposure.  e.g. www.GDR.org , www.worldpeaceone.com, www.africaasone.org, and more to come. Many of which have their own events and concerts in planning stages.

Below is a description of the process and what can be expected.

ONE: PRESS AND MAGAZINE COVERAGE

Materials collected, AMP's will need photos, full descriptions of clients history, services, special stories, entertainment, bookings and any special items such as art,  -past-present or future booking, location, or unique situations, your stationary or letterhead to create a press-kits. The writer or the writers assistants, may also need included possible short interviews for the PR representative to get a better feel for the stories unique qualities. Each category may vary in the needed items for our writers.

List of at least twenty different publications you would like to be featured in. This list may be created with the PR representative, if you desires.

Our introductory price is a retainer of $2,100 to $5000 depending on what Artist Management Promotions performs for you. Once an article is published, or media coverage is accomplished a hourly fee of $75 to $300 and hour is billed. Some of which is used for postage, printing and handling and e mail PR. Once you receive press from at least 1 of the 20 on the list, (Attempts will be made to get press in EVERY publication on the list). A three month time period is allotted for the PR Representative to get press.  An activity report will be given to the client bi-weekly  and or monthly, depending on any action received or performed. This helps you keep aware of the contacts being made and the material that has been sent out.

The retainer is a one time fee for new clients and is subject to change.  We offer this to build a report with you and your clients and to allow you us to build this web site and our business with your success stories. We also manage your career on a percentage rate as management, and or do follow up stories and invite your to attend events and meetings with industry people. If we continue to promote the same project on a second go around, then the cost will be $75. to $300 and hour, which can be negotiated as our association and your satisfaction grows.

Again prices will be subject to change, so now is a good to begin your PR campaign.

Once we have all obtained press or pictures at events, celebrities meetings, then we use the press and magazine articles in our site. So now is the time to get an agreement started with AMP and begin your promotional promotions and grow your contact base. The publicized stories and clips that we help you acquire or ones you already have, resumes, press release, pictures or stories published may be use in our sites. This intensifies the value of your coverage by having web pages about you,  your products, your company or promotions.

A unique idea that many business use is with co publishing.  Example, which is when mentioning your story, bands playing at your hotel past-present-future, specialty service, artist that have art shows or art within your facility, near by events or service all wanting to get exposure and willing to pitch in with the cost of getting PR for themselves under your business. Co advertising or obtaining notoriety with others can be offered by you and or with our associates.

TWO:  Within the fee we also offer phase two.

AMP has a special division that ties in with the first level of PR, which is DIRECT EXPOSURE into events, film and TV screenings, meetings with Producers, directors, entertainment productions. This is where a client can attend events such as high societies events, Emmy Awards, MTV, and their after parties, etc.

DIRECT EXPOSURE:
AMP's unique ability to invite a client to special and open Events, introductions and unique meetings in which many have taken pictures with stars, celebrities, etc., and started involvements with films, TV and other offers or associations that bring notoriety and profits.
 

Items One and Two combined are the most promising, but some elect to work with AMP with just the DIRECT EXPOSURE and its fees are minimal.

DIRECT EXPOSURE Fees are a retainer of $500.00, $100 a month, and a $75 an hour rate with expenses paid by client. E.g.  A client and an AMP representative attend a benefit at the Directors Guild that cost $50 for each person, and the client and AMP rep then go to a dinner meeting in which the client pays the cost for both and the $75 a hour. 
 

With either One or TWO, you get a web pages with up to 3 pictures, cross links, and bio that you send in. Afet that the hourly rate for changes, additions is $75 an hour.

A client that prefers to start with an associating with AMP with only the DIRECT EXPOSURE, can later decide to utilize the full package and the fee of $500 will be deducted from the full package.

SECURITY AND BODY GUARD SERVICES.
When needed, we have available premium security for events, body guard and counter intelligent.
Our body guard and security services are out sourced. One of out associate security services handles the security for events such as the Emmys, the Academe awards, etc. With private security for celebrities from Brittney Speers, Paris Hilton, Sharon Stone to Bill Cosby.
