Eagle Entertainment Group has developed a new Public Relations Service, www.artistmanagementpromotions.com AKA, AMP. Under AMP's supervision is Lauren Berger, along with other promotional writers and press agents.

Lauren, who has worked with numerous publications and is involved with PR work all over Florida and New York City with travel and cruise magazines, columns, to top music magazines and other publication. This service will provide avid press for the client be it a small hotel to a large resort. Below is a description of the process and what can be expected.

Materials collected, AMP's will need photos, full descriptions of hotels history and services, specialty foods, entertainment, rooms and any special items such as art, celebrity guest -past-present or future booking, location, or unique differences to other local hotels, hotel stationary or letterhead to create a press-kit. The writer or the writers assistant, may also need included a possible tour of the hotel and accommodations for one day and night with food and entertainment that pertains to the story. Please, no special pampering during stay over, we want to capture the true essence of your business.

Short interviews will be conducted with each manager of the hotel and or owner, for the PR representative to get a better feel for the stories unique qualities.

List of at least twenty different publications the hotel would like to be featured in. This list may be created with the PR representative, if the hotel desires.

Our introductory price is $650 with  $500 of that distributed to Eagle Entertainment Group once your article is published. The additional postal fee of $150.00 is non refundable, which is used for postage, printing and handling. Once you receive press from at least 1 of the 20 on the list, (Attempts will be made to get press in EVERY publication on the list) our job is then considered complete. A three month time period is allotted for the PR Representative to get press. If the goals are not reached within that time period, the $500 will be given back to the client. An activity report will be given to the client bi-weekly  and or monthly, depending on any action received or performed. This helps you keep aware of the contacts being made and the material that has been sent out.

The $500 dollars is a one time introductory offer to new clients such as yourself and is subject to change. Our standard rate can run from $1,500 to $4,000. We offer this to build a report with you and your clients. We can talk about extending the introductory offer if you manage more that one project or follow up stories, but if we continue to promote the same project on a second go around, then the cost will most likely go up. That can be negotiated as our association and your satisfaction grows. The non refundable $150 is for envelopes, packaging, postage and follow up calls and or letter to publications and to clients.

The total cost for this service at our introductory price is $650, with a refund policy of $500 if we do not get any results. Again prices will be subject to change, so now is a good to begin your PR campaign.

A unique idea that many business use is with co publishing. That is when mentioning your story, bands playing at your hotel past-present-future, specialty service, artist that have art shows or art within your facility, near by events or service all wanting to get exposure and willing to pitch in with the cost of getting PR for themselves under your business.
